New subscription model for access switching
Built on the Cisco Catalyst® 9000 Series Switches, the Cisco ONE Subscription for Switching offer delivers an “unbound network” on an open and extensible architecture to help you navigate your digital journey. It includes full Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) capabilities supported by Cisco Software-Defined Access (SD-Access) analytics, automation and security. Cisco ONE Advantage includes full DNA capabilities with SD-Access, while basic automation and management is part of Cisco ONE Essentials. This subscription offer simplifies the buying process and includes lower initiation costs and flexible terms.
Cisco ONE perpetual model
Cisco ONE for Access Switching, Access Wireless, WAN, Data Center Networking, Cloud and Compute are available through the perpetual model. The software is organized by domains—Data Center and Cloud, WAN and Access—and product types—Foundation, Advanced Applications and Advanced Security—as shown in Figure.
